The Business Interiors' customer receives individual service from one of our Project Teams—teams that are self-directed and function like business units. Customers are given the opportunity to take part in an annual third-party survey so they can also share their opinions and provide feedback.

BUSINESS INTERIORS SHOWROOMS

BUSINESS INTERIORS corporate facility is 170,000 square feet. Our working showroom and main offices display and utilize 25,500 SQ FT of the most current product; an additional 2,500 SQ FT is dedicated to Healthcare and Education solutions.

B.I.Express and Miller Office Interiors, Business Interiors companies, are located in the same building as BI. The BIE and MOI showrooms occupy 6,000 SQ FT of retail space plus 1,500 SQ FT of clearance furniture in the "backroom" warehouse.

Business Interiors participated in Steelcase's Premier Partner year-long program. The qualification process was rigorous - from customer surveys, benchmarking, CoBrand requirements, customer loyalty and financial stability qualifiers to diversity and community commitment validation. Addressing all criteria took significant coordination of many departments.
