Warehouse Manager

Manages the daily activities of the warehouse which includes receiving, shipping and asset management of customer inventories. Develops and implements cost efficient procedures within the warehouse and directs the activities and job performance of all warehouse personnel. Assumes responsibility of all warehouse safety training. Ensures accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments as well as accuracy of customer inventories. Serves as a liaison between Sales and Warehouse Departments. Will also work with outside vendors with scheduling deliveries.

Operations Coordinator

Assists sales teams in coordination of furniture deliveries and installations and serves as a liaison between sales and operations on day-to-day projects. Supports Operations scheduling and supervision and works daily route returns to ensure proper labor billing. Communicates regularly with internal customers.

Asset Management/Furniture Inventory Specialist

Inventories all products received and provide data input into software system for reporting purposes. Loading and unloading of customer inventory, pulling outgoing products and stocking product received. Maintains clean and safe warehouse space, operates forklift and general support of other operations teams.

Warehouse Person

Receives furniture in the warehouse and ensures the product is ready for scheduled customer delivery. Identifies damages, initiates paperwork processes for tracking product from receiving to delivery lines. Operates a forklift and assists in general warehouse maintenance and special projects.

Architectural Solutions Team

Seeking team members to support, manage accounts, and project manage with our powerhouse team. Our team provides a broad category of architectural products from signage and filming to demountable walls. These individuals must have experience in this product segment and/or construction background. Must have the ability to read design plans.

Project Coordinator

Serves as a liaison between internal and external customers for all aspects of the sales process. Includes specification, quoting, tracking, problem solving, and customer services. This role works within the sales teams to support the Sales Representatives outside sales focus.

Installer

Assembles systems office furniture and products as indicated by installation drawings; loads and unloads trucks; unboxes/relocates product; completes work orders and route sheets; responds to customer requests. Must be at least 18 years of age (must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle), have a good driving record and hand tool experience.

Crew Leader

Coordinates small furniture installation jobs and assists foreman with larger installations.  Works alongside Installers and assumes a leadership role in ensuring high quality workmanship. Maintains thorough communication and takes responsibility in absence of Foreman. Must have previous experience in office furniture industry.

Crew Foreman

Works with crew while supervising all aspects of the delivery, installation, and follow-up of office furniture projects; interfaces with customer at job site to ensure an efficient installation; maintains records of project hours and exceptions. Must have experience leading crews in office furniture industry.
